Trujillo: El pequeño Antonio Gael Perez Alfaro, estudiante de segundo grado en el colegio Miss Abejitas, se consagra en el medallero en la Copa de Natación Los Delfines 2023, realizada en la piscina del colegio La Asunción de Trujillo.
Con tan solo 7 años de edad, Gael arrasó en la competencia al ganar medallas de oro en los estilos de mariposa, espaldas y postas libre.
Gael fue representante del Club ACR Olympic, dirigido por la destacada nadadora Andrea Cedrón. Además, este triunfo es aún más significativo, ya que el pequeño campeón superó en gran parte el asma, condición que le impedía practicar deportes con normalidad.
«Estoy muy orgulloso de Gael, es un ejemplo de superación y dedicación. Ha demostrado que, a pesar de los obstáculos, siempre se puede alcanzar el éxito», comentó el entrenador de la academia Aldo Murakami.
Sin duda, este logro es una gran motivación para los niños y jóvenes que sueñan con destacar en el deporte y en cualquier otra actividad que se propongan en la vida.
